In a strategic move aimed at strengthening its position in the information technology market, the NEWBUNTU Group is proud to announce the official acquisition of JENOPTEC, which will henceforth be known as JENOPTEC NT. This new name marks the beginning of a new era for the company, reflecting its integration into the NEWBUNTU Group while preserving its identity and expertise in the field of optics and communications.

This acquisition enables NEWBUNTU to diversify its activities and benefit from JENOPTEC NT’s expertise in innovative optical solutions. JENOPTEC NT’s knowhowin this specific sector perfectly complements  NEWBUNTU’s existing offering, providing our customers with a wider range of services and products.
