The proximity between the customer and our sales team is important to us, it seals a lasting relationship of trust.
Adeline, Sales Assistant at TETRADIS accompanied Jean-Christophe, a Sales representative in the South-East of France, for 2 days.
A rewarding immersion for this involved employee who was able to meet several customers with whom she exchanges daily.
"By going out into the field with Jean-Christophe, I was able to get a feel for the state of deployment, the telecom market and customer needs. It helped me understand more about the roles of everyone in the deployment ... It's always nice to meet face to face with a customer who you're used to talking to on the phone. I also discovered the typical day of a sales person, with its meetings and unexpected events! In short, it was a great and very rewarding experience !"
