The proximity between the customer and our sales team is important to us, it seals a lasting relationship of trust.
Fanny, ADV since 2013 and ADV manager since 2020 at TETRADIS, accompanied Gildas, a travelling salesman in the North-West sector, for several days to meet our customers.
An experience with a lot of positive feedback that reinforces the trust and the proximity between customers and ADV.
"It’s good to change my work environment for a few days. It was an opportunity for me to meet clients with whom I have been in contact for several years.Even if I had already met some of them at trade shows, I really liked the fact of going directly to their offices. I think that this experience should be repeated regularly and that it should be proposed to all the sales representatives in the department."
